GENEVA HALL
For over 80 years people have flocked to the Geneva Hall in Little Switzerland to enjoy the finest mountain music, and join in the traditional square dancing, cake walk, and fellowship only the mountains can provide.
Events are held every Saturday evening in July and August, come along and have some wonderful family fun!
DIAMONDBACK TRAIL
Although only about 12-miles long, this exciting motorcycle route features approximately 200 curves! The Diamondback links NC 226 to the Blue Ridge Parkway.
Riding or driving the Diamondback through Pisgah National Forest not only takes you alongside heart stopping views of the Blue Ridge Mountains, it is a refreshing climb with as much as a 12-degree temperature drop and a great escape from summer humidity.
EMERALD VILLAGE
Emerald Village is a group of 12 historic REAL mines and has been featured on National Geographic TV, the Travel Channel, and many other TV programs and Magazines. Come see why we say "Real Mines! Real Fun!"
We have a lot to see and do! Be sure to bring your camera and take pictures to share back home. People come from all over the world to visit Emerald Village! Explore the North Carolina Mining Museum and take an underground tour of the historic Bon Ami Mine. Learn the history of mining in this area, see the splashing Bon Ami Waterfall, and marvel at impressive collections of old mining and historical equipment.

CRABTREE FALLS
Crabtree Falls is located in the Crabtree Meadows Recreation Area at MP 339.5 of the Blue Ridge Parkway.
The trailhead is located outside Crabtree Falls Campground at mile marker 339.5 on the Blue Ridge Parkway. A trail leads to a footbridge over the creek at the base of the falls. The trailhead loop starts at the parking area just before the entrance to the campground, and is a medium to strenuous hike at just under 2.5 miles in length. The path to the falls is a rugged, downhill 0.9-mile, with a gentler 1.5-mile uphill return following Crabtree creek upstream before looping back to the parking area.
MURDER MOUNTAIN RUN
Two National Forests... 114 Miles... 1 grisly murder... What more cold you ask for!
Murder Mountain Run is a diverse and sometimes challenging ride, offering something for everyone. It starts and finishes at the Skyline Village Inn located right off the Blue Ridge Parkway. Most of the ride is either scenic byways with excellent views or peaceful country roads. Expect no or low commercial traffic on most of these roads.
